I have 25 years of experience in sophisticated issues involving consulting, licensing, prosecution and litigation of intellectual property.
Worked in relevant IP law firms in Brazil where I was at the forefront of negotiating, drafting and recording agreements; as well as complex litigation and arbitration.
I teach Intellectual Property Law as well as Contracts related to Fashion Law and hold an LL.M. from The George Washington University and a Master's degree from the Intellectual Property, Innovation and Development Academy from the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI). I also hold the CIPP/E certification.
