Professor Danny Myburgh will provide a general review of current trends in cybercrime in South Africa and will also highlight important aspects from the Cybercrimes Act 19 of 2020 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

He will further discuss the utilization of blockchain and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in the safeguarding and transfer of electronic information.
